Wahoo KICKR — Anytime we can’t be bothered going outside for a training ride we hook our bike up to our Wahoo KICKR. Stay inside, stay warm, and reap the benefits of training.

Zwift — Anytime we’re on our Wahoo KICKR we use Zwift as a way to stay engaged with our training. You can ride or run virtually with friends from all over the world with enticing backdrops to keep things interesting.

Garmin 935 — Our go to watch that allows us to track all of our activities. Swim, bike, run, walk, yoga, nordic ski—it does it all.
